And Cirrus is 2x quicker than GitHub!
What's the quota / concurrency limits for Cirrus? Should we replace the macos-14 in the JIT workflow? |

@hugovk we only have concurrency of 2 on Cirrus so for now I will only enable it on the main macOS build and we'll see how that goes. |
